What is PaymentGalaxy®?

PaymentGalaxy® is an online payment engine allowing merchants to receive payments through bank direct debiting or credit cards. PaymentGalaxy® offers two similar but very distinctive payment services catered to serve different businesses.

Who are the Billers/Merchants using PaymentGalaxy®?

Our online payment facility caters to merchants from various sectors and industries including utilities, education, healthcare, charity, ICT, charitable organizations, e-Commerce, Hotels, etc. Some of our merchants include Sarawak Electricity Supply Corporation (SESCO), International College of Advanced Technology (iCATS), GPHS Management, The Waterfront Kuching and many more.

How secure is PaymentGalaxy®?

We take extensive measures to ensure that all transactions are secure and safeguarded using the 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. We are formulated in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("Act"). Our services are acknowledged by Bank Negara as we do not store customer bank information. Transactions made are fraud protected and credit card must be 3D Secured according to VISA/MasterCard Regulations. We are certified with Malaysia Trustmark for Private Sector (MTPS) Level 3 by CyberSecurity Malaysia for being a trustworthy e-commerce operator and fulfilling internationally recognized standards in relation to the provision of payment card data security process.

How much are the fees?

There is a one-time registration fee of RM500 and an annual fee of RM 200.

How much are the transaction charges?

Please contact us to find out our competitive transaction charges.

Do you have any other pricing plans?

No. Currently we have only one pricing plan for all merchants at the moment.

Are there any extra charges?

No, there are no other charges.

Payment enquiries

What payment channels are available?

A spectrum of financial institution options such as B2B (Maybank and Public Bank), B2C (CIMB Bank, AmBank, RHB Bank HongLeong Bank, Public Bank, Maybank, Bank Rakyat, Bank Simpanan Nasional), FPX, Credit cards: VISA/ MasterCard (MYR); VISA/ MasterCard (USD) are available.

Can I accept payment from PayPal?

Payment from PayPal is currently not available, however, FPX service is available.

How often do you remit?

We will perform remittance every week.

What is the minimum amount of remittance from PaymentGalaxy®?

There is no minimum amount of remittance as we will remit any amount that has been paid to the merchant.


How to register for PaymentGalaxy®'s services?

You can register by downloading our Service Application Form (Coming Soon) and emailing it to us or contact us and we will reach out to you.

Does PaymentGalaxy® require further documentation?

We just require the Service Application Form to be filled in full.
